Privacy

Sadova Limited is an Auckland company that prepares project administration for construction project management firms. This page sets out what information we hold, where it is kept and how it is used.

What we hold

• Details of the firms we work with and of the people who use the client portal, such as names and email addresses.
• The project documents a client shares with us, such as invoices, proposals and meeting transcripts.
• Claim figures and the record of decisions.

Where it is kept

• Our data is stored in Australia (Sydney).
• The client portal is served from Sydney through Vercel's worldwide network.
• Sign-in to the portal is handled by Clerk, in the United States.
• Client files stay in the client's own Microsoft 365. Sadova accesses only the folders shared with it.

How AI is used

Documents are read with Anthropic's AI (United States) only for projects whose client has consented. Bank, tax, email and phone details are removed first, and company names and site addresses are masked in minutes.

Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this content is not used to train models and is deleted within 30 days.

How we use it

To provide the service. We may also use de-identified, aggregated figures for benchmarks, in which no firm, project or consultant can be identified. A client can opt out of this.

How long we keep it

For the length of the engagement. When it ends, we provide a full export within 30 days and delete the data within 60 days. Business records, such as the agreement and invoices, are kept for 7 years.

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is hosted by Vercel.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access, and to correct, personal information we hold about you. You can make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Serious privacy breaches are notified as the Act requires.
